  • For just short of 4 hours today you were unable to log into your account at https://www.clearvoice1.com from a Google reCAPTCHA system error.  That error has now been resolved and service to your account is now restored.  This outage only affected your ability to log into the system to make changes to your services or add new services.  It did not affect any current services.

Core VOiP switch reload (Resolved)

  • We will be restarting our core VOiP switch at 11PM EST today.  Expected impact is that all calls will drop at that time, no incoming or outgoing calls will go though until the reload is complete. ---- UPDATE 1/28/2015 11:13PM---The reload has completed and lasted for 3 minutes, everything has restored to normal.  Thank you for your understanding.
